Abstract Submission
The deadline for submitting talk abstracts has passed! However, we are continuing to accept late abstracts for posters. If you would like to submit an abstract for a poster contribution, please fill out this web form by 15 August 2007. Abstracts should be submitted in plain text, and limited to 200 words. When you submit an abstract you will automatically receive an email confirmation of the submission.
For those attendees who have submitted talk abstracts, the SOC will be contacting presenters by 30 July. We are approximately two times oversubscribed for talks, and the high quality of the abstracts has made the selection process difficult! For those people to whom we are unable to allocate a talk slot, we look forward to seeing your contribution as a poster. All abstracts which were originally submitted as poster contributions have also been accepted.
All posters will be displayed throughout the meeting, and all poster presenters will have the opportunity to give a two-minute + one slide poster pop presentation during the scheduled talk sessions. Further details on posters and poster pops will be provided to presenters in August.
Registration Form
The deadline for regular-price registration of $350 has passed. Late registrations will be accepted until 15 August 2007 at an increased registration fee of $390. We strongly encourage everyone who has submitted an abstract but has not yet registered to do so as soon as possible. Please note that when you fill out the registration form, you can choose to pay with a credit card now, or to be invoiced for the cost. In the latter case, an invoice will be mailed to you, and can be paid anytime prior to the start of the conference.

If you prefer to pay by check or money order, it should be payable to "University of Florida" in US Dollars and drawn on US banks. Please send the payment to "University of Florida Department of Conferences, 2209 NW 13th St., Gainesville, FL 32609-3498".
Payment can also be made by international wire transfer. If you wish to pay the registration fee by this method, please call +1-352-392-1701 or email conferences at doce.ufl.edu for instructions.
Cancellation Information
If you must cancel: Cancellations made prior to October 1, 2007 will be entitled to a full refund of the registration cost minus a $25 service fee. Cancellations made from October 1, 2007 to October 22, 2007 will receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee. All cancellations made after October 22, 2007 will not be given a refund, however substitutions are allowed. To request a refund or substitution, please send a written request to "UF Department of Conferences at 2209 NW 13th Street Suite E, Gainesville, FL 32609" or email registration at doce.ufl.edu. Refunds or substitutions will not be allowed for partial days of the Conference.
